These heavily discounted room rates will be available until August 1 (unless we sell out our room block before this date). This is an early deadline compared with previous years, so please book promptly. After that date, SESP will no longer control the room block, and the remaining rooms will be released to the hotel's general inventory at the normal (undiscounted) rate.
Be sure to book as early as possible to secure your room.
CAREGIVING GRANT:
The SESP Executive Committee is pleased to announce the continuation of a caregiving grant initiative for SESP members. This grant is intended to help offset the costs of care at home or at the conference accrued during in-person conference attendance and/or during preparation time directly involved in participating in the conference (e.g., preparing a conference presentation). This grant is one of the actions the society is taking to increase equity and inclusion among its membership. This grant is available to any SESP member who serves as a caregiver in any capacity (e.g., child, parent, spouse, dependent, etc.). Funds can be used to cover any caregiving needs during the conference, whether at the conference or home. Awards of up to $500 per applicant are available. All SESP 2025 attendees will be required to confirm they have received a COVID-19 vaccination.
