SESP 2023 will be in Madison, Wisconsin from
October 12-14, 2023, at the
Madison Concourse Hotel.
The SESP meeting is open to SESP members and all post-docs and faculty who self-identify as social psychologists. Graduate students may attend by being sponsored by a current member of SESP.
The registration deadline for early-bird pricing is September 1. Early-bird registration fees are $395 for members and $425 for non- members. After September 1, registration will be $425 for members and $455 for non-members. Registration costs cover a Thursday evening reception, light breakfasts and breaks, lunches on Friday and Saturday, a Saturday night reception, audiovisual rental, and other conference costs.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:
If you are a SESP member, please
login to your account at the Member Login site to the left (
your email address is your username), then click on "SESP 2023" under "Event Calendar" on the upper right side of the page to begin the registration process. You may also want to pay your yearly dues at the same time you register -- look for the "renew membership" box when you begin registration.

COVID CONSIDERATIONS:
We will be following guidance from the State of Wisconsin and hotel rules regarding COVID-19 precautions. All SESP 2023 attendees will be asked to confirm that they have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
