The Dispute Resolution Research Center at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, is seeking applicants for our notable post-doctoral fellowship. The primary criterion for acceptance is research excellence relevant to conflict or cooperation, broadly defined. Salary is competitive, and the position will have access to research funds, including funding for independent projects. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in a social science discipline (e.g., organizational behavior, sociology, psychology, economics) — or in a related discipline that can inform the social sciences (e.g., a “big data” discipline) — prior to the beginning of the fellowship

The Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC) was founded in the spring of 1986 by Northwestern University faculty and is a research center at the Kellogg School of Management. The DRRC began a postdoctoral research fellow program starting in 1986, which has fostered the research and teaching skills of more than 35 post-doctoral fellows.
