Postdoctoral scholar in organizational behavior
Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, invites applications for a 2-year postdoctoral scholar position in micro Organizational Behavior, to be housed within the Organization & Management area at Goizueta. The position will involve teaching 2 class sections per year, for which mentorship and materials will be provided. Research collaboration with the current faculty, and involvement in Goizueta’s intellectual community, is also expected. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit materials no later than January 21, 2024.
We seek applications from candidates with strong records in research and teaching, or evidence of potential for the same, and who expect to complete a PhD in organizational behavior, psychology, or a related discipline, by September 1, 2024. We welcome candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our academic community.

The statement should describe the candidate’s current and planned research program, including perceived topical overlap with current micro-oriented O&M faculty, and articulate how a postdoctoral position at Goizueta Business School would serve that research program.
