SESP Publications

The Society of Experimental Social Psychology contributes to two journals devoted to psychological research:
  • The Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, a bimonthly journal of original research and theory on human social behavior and related phenomena, is the official journal of SESP. The publisher of SESP, Elsevier, also helps to support our annual conference. All SESP members receive online access to the journal as part of their annual dues. Additionally, members may receive an individual print subscription to JESP for $31 (2012 price), payable directly to the publisher (please order from the nearest sales office here and state you are an SESP member). Print subscriptions are for personal use only and may not be placed in institutional or university libraries.
  • Social Psychological and Personality Science (SPPS) is a quarterly journal jointly published jointly by the Society of Experimental Social Psychology, the Association for Research in Personality, the European Association of Social Psychology, and the Society for Personality and Social Psychology. SPPS contains cutting-edge short reports of single studies, or very succinct reports of multiple studies, with a quick review and publication process. All SESP members receive online access to the journal as part of their annual dues. If you are at an academic institution, please consider completing and sending this Library Recommendation Form to request that your library subscribe.

As a member organization of FABBS, we are also happy to support their journal, Policy Insights from the Behavioral and Brain Sciences. By logging in to your SESP account on this page, SESP members can link to FREE ACCESS to some issues, and to information about how to subscribe to PIBBS at reduced rates.
