These heavily discounted room rates will be available until September 1 (unless we sell out our room block before this date). Please book promptly. After that date, SESP will no longer control the room block, and the remaining rooms will be released to the hotel's general inventory at the normal (undiscounted) rate.

CAREGIVING GRANT:
The SESP Executive Committee is pleased to announce the continuation of a caregiving grant initiative for SESP members. This grant is intended to help offset the costs of care at home or at the conference, incurred during in-person attendance. This grant is available to any SESP member who serves as a caregiver in any capacity (e.g., child, parent, spouse, dependent, etc.). Funds can be used to cover any caregiving needs during the conference, whether at the conference or at home. Awards of up to $500 per applicant are available. The grant application is available here. This form must be submitted by October 1, 2026.
